66 - FMS Repair - Control Display Unit

This is a sole source requirement for the repair of the following: Nomenclature: CONTROL DISPLAY UNIT NSN: 7R 6605 016040696 Part Number: 292A860-3 FMS Case: SR-P-MAL CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM (CAI) QTY: 1 RMC: 3D NAVUP WSS Philadelphia intends to award this requirement on a sole source basis under an already established BOA. The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate, or legible data to contract with other than the current source. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements. (FAR 52.225-3). One or more of the items under this acquisition are subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. (FAR 52.225-5) These items require Government Source Approval prior to the award. The time required for approval of a new source is normally such that an award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source. If you are not an approved source, you must submit, together with your proposal, the information detailed in the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure, which can be obtained on the internet at https://www.navsup.navy.mil/Business-Opportunities/Home/ Offers received which fail to provide all data required by the source approval brochure will not be considered for award under this solicitation. This solicitation is for the repair of 1 unit of National Stock Number (NSN) 6605 016040696 Induction Period The induction period for the initial units in this order is 365 calendar days from the date of contract award. The Government reserves the right to extend this period by an additional 365 days, for a total of two years. Any unused induction slots from the initial year may be carried over into the second year. Pricing and Options The contractor shall propose option pricing for a maximum of 10 units over the entire contract period, inclusive of the initial quantity. If pricing will change after the first 365 days, please provide separate pricing for the second year. Contract Award The Government reserves the right to place the initial order for any number of units up to the specified maximum. For threshold purposes, the total contract value will be calculated by multiplying the highest proposed unit price by the maximum number of units. HYDROPHONE BAFFLE RINGS

N00164-26-Q-0256 – SOLE SOURCE – HYDROPHONE BAFFLE RINGS– FSG 5845 - NAICS 334511 ISSUE DATE 31 JUL 2026 – CLOSING DATE 06 AUG 2026 – 2:00 PM Eastern Time ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for Hydrophone Baffle Rings. The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with, Brownstown Quality Tool & Automation, LLC, Brownstown, IN, Wagler Competition Products, Odon, IN, and Stark Precision Machine, Terre Haute, IN, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. This is limited competition because the program is required to source materials from previously tested and approved vendors. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the controlled attachments. Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866-606-8220 or via https://sam.gov. The controlled attachments will be posted at the same time as the solicitation is posted. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13.
