Porta John and Handwashing Station Rental

Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract for the rental of ten (10) Port A John stations each with approximate dimensions of 4 feet wide by 4 feet deep by 7.5 feet high, and four (4) handwashing stations. The required items are for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR subpart 12.1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Total Small Businesses only. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code applicable to this procurement is 562991. The small business size standard is 9,000,000. The Product Service Code is W085. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov Revolutionary FAR Overhaul | Acquisition.GOV FAR The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Border Patrol, San Diego Sector, Newton-Azrak Station (NAZ) has a continuing need for tools and equipment to facilitate addressing the ongoing threat from the smuggling of contraband through the station’s Area of Responsibility (AOR). The NAZ Station has a requirement for four (4) Electric Mountain Bicycles. The items offered must meet the specifications/description stated in the attached statement of work (SOW) and enough detailed specifications must be submitted with the quote for a technical review to be completed without holding discussions.
