NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (FLCY) Site Sasebo issues a competitive solicitation for the USS RUSHMORE (LSD-47) for the following job requirement. ELM-245219 FOR WELL DECK OVERHEAD STRUCTURE REPAIR; ACCOMPLISH POP: from 10/12/2026 to 12/14/2026 (CCD 7/31/2027). Place of Performance: Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka Site SASEBO will issue a competitive solicitation to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and capable Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders in "Japan only". Please ensure that your company meets these criteria and provides any necessary documentation to demonstrate your authorization to perform this work in Japan. Contractors located OUTSIDE Japan that do NOT unambiguously demonstrate compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042 will NOT be eligible to receive an award. Any Offeror who do NOT possess an active MSRA or ABR in the Japan Region, or does NOT agree to execute a master agreement (MSRA/ABR) in the Japan Region before award of a job order, will NOT be eligible to receive an award. The job specs are Restricted/CUI and accessible only to authorized MSRA/ABR holders in Japan. Eligible holders who cannot access the files should contact the Contract Specialist directly via email. INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) CONTRACT TO REPAIR AND REPLACE ROOF SYSTEMS AT COMMANDER FLEET ACTIVITIES YOKOSUKA (CFAY) AND NAVAL AIR FACILITY ATSUGI (NAFA), JAPAN This acquisition is for a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for roofing construction services at various locations at Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) and Naval Air Facility Atsugi (NAFA), Japan. Work includes, but is not limited to, repair and replacement of roof systems and related works such as coping, flashing, drain, gutter and downspout, foundation and steel support for mechanical and electrical equipment and piping, painting, temporary works, sampling, asbestos containing materials (ACM) abatement, and other miscellaneous works. The total estimated magnitude for the life of this contract is between JPY 1,000,000,000 and JPY 5,000,000,000.
