EXIM Bank of the United States has a requirement for Internet (wired) connectivity at its regional field offices as shown herein. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; A SEPARATE WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to add the Attachment 4 - Contractor Questions and Answers. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for quote submission from July 28, 2026 to July 31, 2026. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The requirement is for a commercial high-definition Satellite TV service at the Goldrush Inn (Bldg. 3192), Eielson AFB, AK. Project Title: Satellite TV Services for Lodging Goldrush Inn Project Location: Gold Rush Inn. The contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, and parts to deliver a stable television signal to 252 guest rooms. Base Access Letters (BALs) are due Thursday, 16 July 2026 at 11:00 AM (AKDT). Site Visit to be held on Tuesday, 21 July 2026 at 10:00 AM (AKDT). This is being solcited as a Base plus 4 years requirement.
