Combined Synopsis Solicitation for Direct Digital Control (DDC) Replacement for Building 1428 at Aviano AB Italy
The vendor must replace 204 Variable Air Volume field devices & coinciding controls, replace AHU-1 field devices & coinciding controls, replace AHU-2 field devices & coinciding controls, replace AHU-3 field devices & coinciding controls, replace AHU-4 field devices & coinciding controls, replace domestic hot water field devices & coinciding controls, replace 9 fresh air unit field devices & coinciding controls, replace 6 unit heater field devices & coinciding controls, replace 9 Mini Split units field devices & coinciding controls, replace chiller field devices & coinciding controls, replace chilled water pump field devices & coinciding controls, replace hot water boiler field devices & coinciding controls, replace hot water pumps field devices & coinciding controls, integrate the above controls on current supervisory system, establish connection to all replaced devices, balance entire system and provide schematics outlining the work accomplished. Site Visit: A site visit is planned for 23rd July 2026 at 9:00 AM CET Aviano Air Base LVIS Gate SP 31 Roveredo in Piano PN 33080, Italy is the formal meeting location regardless if you have base access.
